Processing Time

All custom t-shirts are made-to-order from our available designs specifically for you. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed.

Note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions) or due to high order volume.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active
  • You can track your package using the provided tracking number
  • For any tracking issues, contact us with your order number

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order
  • We ship to the address provided during checkout - no exceptions

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
  • Contact your local post office or carrier first for assistance
  • For high-value orders, consider shipping to a secure location or workplace

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking shows "delivery attempted" or "awaiting pickup," contact your local carrier
  • Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping fees
  • We hold returned packages for 30 days before disposal

International Shipping Information

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing

Prohibited Items

  • Some countries may prohibit or restrict certain apparel imports
  • Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

  • Processing and shipping times may be extended during:
    • Black Friday through New Year's Day
    • Back-to-school season (August-September)
    • Mother's Day and Father's Day periods
    • Valentine's Day season
  • Order early during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery
  • Express shipping options may have limited availability during peak times
